Anochetus risii
This is a smaller species of trap-jaw ants. Ants of the Anochetus genus often show similar behaviour to trap-jaw ants of the Odontomachus genus. They use their impressive and strong mandibles to catch their prey. In fact, their mandibles are so fast that they are proclaimed as one of the fastest in the entire animal kingdom.
